Your teens don’t have to wait until the return of summer months to pick up work as a lifeguard. The Williamson County Parks and Rec’s Aquatics Division has part-time lifeguard positions available year-round at its centers with indoor pools in Franklin, Brentwood and Spring Hill. The three shifts currently available are early morning, mid-day and afternoon. Pay scale is $10 – $15 per hour depending on experience and shift. The organization prefers lifeguards who are certified with the American Red Cross, although training and certification crossovers can be provided. Learn more here.
