We have started just doing our workouts with the kids underfoot and allow them to join in.
Rather than crash dieting and exercising, we have made simple lifestyle changes.
There's a lot of motivation that comes from having a fitness partner, and when Mom and Dad are on the same page, it rubs off on the kids.
I’m enjoying this summer so much more with our current health focus, and the kids are, too.
If we can make these changes and get these results, any family can do this.
