Music City’s International Day of Yoga

Small World Yoga will host their tenth annual Music City’s International Day of Yoga from 8:30 to 11:30 am at Centennial Park (2500 West End Ave., Nashville). The organization will showcase a variety of styles of yoga taught by its volunteer instructors across the city every day, including seated yoga, kids’ yoga, and gentle yoga.
