Puppet Truck: “The Celebrated Jumping Frog of Calaveras County”

The Puppet Truck presents Mark Twain’s famous short story, which was first published in November 1865, at the Nashville Public Library Thompson Lane branch (380 Thompson Ln, Nashville) from 3 – 4 p.m. Twain uses this tale of a con-man and his notorious frog to comment on foolishness and consequences. Brand new puppets built and performed by Wishing Chair Productions move to an energetic bluegrass score by Tom McBryde.
