Who’s ready for some scary and spooky fun this 2025 Halloween season? While a lot of these places are not young kid family friendly, some haunted houses and ghost tours can be fun for older kids and adults.

If you’re ready for your next night of terror, check out these 10 haunted attractions in and around Middle Tennessee!

When it comes to serving up Halloween hoots and serious scares, no one beats Miller’s Thrillers in Columbia (1431 Carters Creek Pike). The Zombie Paintball Hayride is for everyone, but beware of the Hillybilly Holler (the haunted woods!); it’s for big kids only (ages 10 & older), and that jaunt stretches out to a one-hour experience this year.

Experience the mansion, grounds and cemetery by lantern light. Along the way, you will hear some of the tragedies and mysteries that befell the Jackson family, unusual experiences of Andrew Jackson and unexplained incidents. Learn more about the infamous Dickinson Duel, White House break-in during Jackson’s presidency, tomb robber and George Healy’s account of Andrew Jackson’s death. They even have accounts of ghost encounters on the site! Beware of eerie encounters, possibly even with President Jackson himself. Our Federal Government created a Zombie Task Force many years ago. No one understood why until now. There are three areas of the country that are seeing attacks by these once thought science fiction creatures. We happen to be one those areas. You will ride on a 24’ trailer around a 1 mile path through the woods shooting targets and more importantly ZOMBIES. There may be some other creatures of the night as well.
