Here’s the scoop on a fun class for all ages: Rolled Academy through Rolled 4 Ever Ice Cream! Ages 7 and older can learn to roll ice cream through a one-hour class at the shop located in Nashville’s Germantown area. The shop provides everything you need for learning the icy cold rolling technique including a coach to help you craft.
Rolled 4 Ever Ice Cream
The shop and classes are the brainchild of two Belmont University grads who launched their business initially with a Roll 4 Ever Ice Cream truck. The storefront followed. The unique shop serves Thai-inspired rolled ice cream, milk shakes and ice cream pops. But it’s Roll Academy that lets you learn how to roll your own icy deliciousness either through a group class or privately.
The experience begins with a lesson about the history of rolling ice cream. Afterwards, class participants are taught rolling techniques through a live demonstration. Next, it’s rolling time by yourself — with a coach nearby. You can handcraft a flavor from the menu or create your own concoction.
Roll Academy Classes are $35 a person and available everyday but Monday in several different hourly time slots. To book a class, go to Rolled 4 Ever.
