Summer Programs Enrolling at HPAC

Kids can set sail on theatrical journeys during Hendersonville Performing Arts Company's student summer intensives.

The Hendersonville Performing Arts Company announces its 2020 summer enrichment programs which are now enrolling. Junior and Senior sessions each include theatrical training during the week while preparing for live performances as the culmination of the programs. Both sessions are intensives which require a strict level of dedication.

JUNIOR SESSION

For students in grades 2 – 6, the Junior session runs July 6 – 10 with performances of Disney's Moana Jr. taking place July 10 – 12. The heartwarming coming-of-age story follows the strong-willed Moana as she sets sail across the Pacific to save her village and discover the truth about her heritage.

Registration fee is $25 with a program fee of $250.

SENIOR SESSION

For students in grades 7 – 12, the Senior session runs July 13 – 24 with performances of Urinetown taking place July 24 – 26 and Aug. 1 – 2. The hilarious show with the unfortunate title is a musical satire of the legal system, capitalism, social irresponsibility, populism, bureaucracy, corporate mismanagement, municipal politics and musical theater itself.

Registration fee is $25 with a $350 program fee.
