Don your pajamas, kiddos, the Stardust Drive-In Opens for the Season this weekend! The Drive-In, located approximately one hour from Nashville (35 miles east), is showing features this Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings, March 8 – 10.
Screen One has “Kung Fu Panda 4” playing at 7:30 p.m. followed by “Migration” at 9:15 p.m. Screen Two is showing a Timothy Chalamet double-header with “Dune, Part 2” at 7:30 p.m. followed by “Wonka” at 10:30 p.m. Admission for adults (ages 12 and older) is $9.50; kids (ages 6 – 11) $7.50. Ages 5 and younger are free. Furthermore, the Box Office and concessions open at 6 p.m. each night.
Stardust Drive-In Opens for the Season
The Stardust operates from the first weekend in March (weather permitting) through the end of November. Beginning on Memorial Day Weekend, the Drive-In will be open seven days a week.
A full-service concession stand offers the expected candies and popcorn but more including dinner baskets like a Philly Cheese Steak or New York Ruben. Kid Baskets, $7.50, (served with a small drink, fries and a frozen treat) include a burger, hot dog, chicken strips or a corn dog. Families can also opt for an entire pizza pie. Specialty finger foods include fried mushrooms or pickles, funnel cake and mini doughnuts.
