After partnering with Macy’s, it looks like Toys “R” Us is coming back later this year, and I don’t just mean online.
Even though you’ve been able to get some Toys “R” Us products on Macy’s website since last year, stores will begin to open in late July and by mid-October, every Macy’s in the U.S. will have its own Toys “R” Us. You will find the toy shop inside Macy’s stores with an area from 1,000 square feet to 10,000 square feet.
Your kids will be able to run through the aisles just like you did when you were a kid. But the company is hoping to make it even better. Geoffrey The Giraffe will be romping around, there will be demonstration tables to try out the different toys and more.
To celebrate the openings, all Macy’s stores will host nine days of in-store events, beginning October 15 through October 23, which will include family friendly activities and daily giveaways from brands like Barbie, LEGO and more.
