Mouth-watering deliciousness and family fun in South Pittsburg, TN happening soon!

Forget your troubles, come on, get corny! The National Cornbread Festival returns to South Pittsburg, TN April 27 and 28 for two days of yummy eats and fun galore. During the festival — taking place approximately one-and-a-half-hours Southeast of Nashville — artists will perform on three different stages, groups will cook cornbread to taste and lots more. The little town of South Pittsburg hosts the 27th annual festival with something for everyone, and cornbread leads the way. Stroll Cornbread Alley for tastes from vendors offering mouth-watering flavors and cornbreads with new spins. The National Lodge Cast-Iron Cornbread Cook-Off sees top 10 finalists go head to head for a National Cornbread Festival champ. You can even get in on cornbread eating contests!
Entertainment is family friendly and includes music, a Kid’s Corner complete with carnival games and rides, inflatables and face painting. Also included are arts & crafts and cookery items from local vendors and more.

The festival lines the streets of historic South Pittsburg, located at 221 S. Cedar Ave., South Pittsburg, TN 37380. The rain-or-shine event takes place from 9 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. on Saturday and from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Sunday. Single Day Tickets (Saturday or Sunday) are $10. Two-day passes are $15. Admission to Cornbread Alley is an additional $8 admission. Ages 5 younger are free. Get your tickets here.
